Drimona Waterfalls – A Hidden Paradise in Northern Evia

The Drimona Waterfalls are one of the most beautiful natural sites in Northern Evia. Located at an elevation of about 620 m, just 4 km past the Monastery of Osios David on the road from Rovies, they offer a peaceful escape surrounded by forest and mountain air.

The short forest trail, built with wooden bridges and railings, leads to a stunning waterfall where water drops from a height of about 15 meters into a crystal-clear pool. The combination of sound, shade, and fresh air makes it an ideal spot for families and nature lovers.

The area is protected and maintained by the local Forest Service. Along the path, visitors can find a small wooden pavilion showcasing local plants and fossils found in the region – a reminder of how nature and history coexist in this mountain landscape.
